Dr Vishal Raval has been awarded the Senior Honors Award by the American Society of Retina Specialists (ASRS) for 2024 for his outstanding contributions to the society’s scientific and educational programs. He is also the first recipient of the newly initiated ASRS travel grant of 2000 USD. As part of the underrepresented and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) committee, Dr Raval has been appointed as a mentor for the traditional track of ASRS's Retina Mentorship Program.
