To further upgrade the spectacle dispensing skills of the optical staff at LVPEI's Bhubaneswar campus and the connected secondary centres, a training session was organized on 18 August 2019. 21 staff members benefited from it.
A refresher training session on spectacle dispensing was organized on 10 August 2019 for the Optical Sales Advisors working at LVPEI's secondary centres. 13 employees benefited from this training.
A training was organized from 1-3 August 2019 for the Vision Technicians and Opticians at the secondary centres at Markapur and Kandukur in Prakasam District in Andhra Pradesh. The focus was on enhancing their product knowledge and spectacle dispensing skills.
