The Smart Vision Device Distribution and Cultural event was successfully organized by the Institute for Vision Rehabilitation on July 8. This event aimed to distribute wearable Assistive Technology devices developed by the Smart Health Global team to individuals with vision impairment. Distributed through LVPEI's project with Vision-Aid, the event saw about 280 participants (with around 100 participants joining virtually). The devices benefited a total of 45.
A comprehensive introduction about the Smart Vision Device was also given during the event, followed by feedback from a beneficiary who had previously received the device in January 2023.
