46 Ophthalmology fellows have commenced their fellowship journey with the Standard Chartered - LVPEI Academy for Eye Care Education through a month-long immersive induction program. The program was carefully designed and facilitated by 65 experienced and dedicated faculty members and executives across the LVPEI network to seamlessly integrate the institute's core values into participants. The sessions emphasized developing 5C foundation skills in trainees: critical thinking, curiosity, collaboration, communication, and creativity. Additionally, the Academy organized an Eye Trauma Workshop at LVPEI's Kode Venkatadri Chowdary Campus in Vijayawada, as well as several other virtual sessions on uveitis, cataract and refractive series. These sessions benefited a total of 341 individuals.
