Dr Padmaja Kumari Rani, Network Associate Director of Teleophthalmology, and Mr Rajshekar Vardha, Associate Director of Community Eye Care at LVPEI, led an impactful workshop for the outreach team of the C L Gupta Eye Institute. This workshop, part of the ‘Vision For All: Addressing Diabetic Retinopathy’ program supported by SEVA Foundation, focused on enhancing the skills and knowledge of staff members from our mentee organization, C L Gupta Eye Institute, to effectively screen individuals for Diabetic Retinopathy in Moradabad and Bijnor districts. The initiative is a significant step in capacity building, involving comprehensive staff training, systems development, and ongoing project monitoring to improve community eye care services in Moradabad.
