Dr Telukunta is a vitreoretinal surgeon at L V Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad, specializing in surgical and medical retina. He completed his fellowship in Surgical Retina and Vitreous at LVPEI, Hyderabad, following his MBBS from Bharati Vidyapeeth Medical College, Pune, and MS in Ophthalmology from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Belagavi.
He has expertise in managing complex retinal conditions and is actively involved in clinical research with a special focus on vitreoretinal surgeries. He has presented his work at leading conferences, including the International Society of Ocular Oncology (ISOO), World ROP Congress, All India Ophthalmological Society (AIOS) Conference, Vitreo-Retina Society of India (VRSI) Conference, Asia-Pacific Vitreo-Retina Society (APVRS) Conference, and Telangana and Karnataka State Medical Conferences.
