Rupesh Mehta is a graduate of the Clinical Optometry and Vision Science from NSHM College of Management and Technology, Durgapur, West Bengal. He completed his post graduate diploma in Optometry and Vision Sciences in Anterior Segment and Contact Lens from Brien Holden Institute of Optometry and Vision Science (BHIOVS), L V Prasad Eye Institute (LVPEI), Hyderabad. Subsequently, he joined LVPEI, Vijayawada as a Consultant Optometrist and Contact Lens Consultant.
He specializes in fitting various types of contact lens (including Soft, RGP, Rose K and Scleral) with focus on the anterior segment. His research interests include the study of orthokeratology lens for myopia management strategies.
